Human Resource Supervisor
Job Description:
Role Purpose
To build and execute HR systems, SOPs, recruitment standards, on boarding, people development, and HR operations while providing proactive solutions that improve collaboration, culture, and employee performance across 3 mini market branches and Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources

Lead end-to-end recruitment for store & head office roles

Design & execute on boarding and training programs

Build and update HR SOPs, policies & employee handbook

Support director in performance management implementation

Conduct exit interviews & turnover analysis with action plans

Manage disciplinary process consistently and fairly

Maintain HR data, dashboards & reports
-
Support store managers in people-related issues
General Affairs
-
Coordinate building maintenance, utilities, office supplies

Manage vendors for cleaning, security & facility services
-
Maintain company asset inventory & vehicle management
-
Assist with legal permits & government compliance renewals
Culture & Organization
-
Improve communication & collaboration between departments

Promote initiative-taking & ownership mindset

Support company events, employee engagement & recognition
Qualifications
-
5 to 9 years HR experience, preferably in retail, FMCG or service

Strong background in recruitment & HR operations
-
Experienced drafting SOPs, HR forms & policies

Comfortable solving employee issues & conflicts

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Self-starter, proactive, resourceful, takes initiative

Willing to learn & grow into HR Manager role
